Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we'll gladly exchange it for the same product. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items that are used, damaged, or not in original packaging
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.
